Assassin/Ninja Mana Steal And Walk Speed [bad] [really Bad]

so I wanted to make a build that didn't use any of the meta items or just items that are generally used allot to see if you can make builds without the good items so I made this

90+ walk speed to keep a decent range from bosses and mobs
+12 mana steal to constantly spin them
decent hp but bad defenses, but you shouldn't get hit allot because you can dodge the attacks with all your walk speed (most of the time, so not in cybel)

the main problem is actually getting the items, this build would probably take a month or two to buy and gl actually finding these items because we all know that never happens

edit: I realized mana steal only activates once in a lifetime so this build is impossible
