Mage/Dark Wizard Mana Regen Spell Damage

So while on Discord I came upon @gkc which after asking for some help I asked him if he could post their current build and they did.

Now, I'm no expert at builds or anything I'll leave that to other people like @bloww @xMC_Master11x and @WhettoWen

So without further a do here is the build they are using. Feel free to criticize it or give tips so he can improve it.

Another reason for me to level up my Mage and start another class to get two of them

 

I was planning on using a moon poor circlet, but that would make me even weaker to thunder.
This build doesn't have that much health, and i didnt want to make it even more frail.
