Let's just ignore 2/4mr Royal Stormy cuz that's obviously the best one

Willpower
Pros: it gives % health regen which is fucking useless
Cons: it gives -ve 15 all def

Lapis Necklace
Pros: none?
Cons: it gives a little amount of -ve raw spell

Royal Stormy Necklace(the current obtainable one)
Pros: it gives a little bit of water dmg, 3int, some useless XP and loot buff, and no min int requirement
Cons: it's just 1/4s and u have to do Wynn Ex ABCD

Its because if you build water build, you will have enough items that will cancel out the -eff

 

not rly, cuz -ve raw spell do not reduce too much dmg, cuz raw spell is weird af
plus that negative amount is actually rly low so I would pick that instead of losing def

 

Strange thing is Nebulous cancels out the negative effects of both Willpower and the Lapis Necklace. Coincidence, I think not.
