Weaponsmithing Mana regen dagger?

I just need some cheap dagger thats fully mr based. Could someone send a good recipe?

Here is some. The issue is that I don't really know what you want in terms of reqs or build to use in, so here's some that I think are generally usable. The main problem with mana regen ingredients is generally having ridiculous int reqs, but only giving 1 mr.

10 mr on no budget, utilizes flipping and has very little reqs (replace parasitic abscission with major's badge and you get 0 reqs entirely), has 0 spell damage, only use this as a secondary hold weapon.
