Mana / Life Steal and Wynntils stats problem

I came back for 2.0 but i couldn't figure out how mana steal or life steal work...
Tried a few times but didn't get anything from mana nore health when i hit with a super slow attack speed weapon, can someone explain pls.

Also, looks like wynntils doesn't show the stats correctly anymore.
For example :

Cumulonimbus is only shown with SP and Walk Speed in the stats when I'm using wynntils client

 

Wynntils is currently bugged and I believe the devs are aware of this. You can fix this by going to the settings> identification and turning off advanced identifications (whatever the first option is). This will show the vanilla stats without the % amount, but all the stats will be visible

2.0 changed Mana Steal and Life Steal. In 1.20, it had a % chance to trigger depending on your attack speed, but in 2.0, it now triggers 100% of the time via your melee attack, but the total amount you receive varies on your attack speed (meaning if you have 100 life steal, you're only going to get 100 HP per melee attack if you have super slow. Anything faster will still give you HP, but at a reduced amount).

I have no idea if there is or not. I just know that the value is reduced. Would be nice if Wynnbuilder could potentially incorporate that if possible tho
