Wasn't really sure about putting Manablast in this build, but eh why not have a thunder dmg weap as well

Tweak the build a bit if you want to use just one weapon (for example, Necklace of a Thousand Storms instead of Diamond Hydro Necklace if you wanna use Manablast only, Vortex Bracer for Morrowind only, etc.)
