Buying Mage: Poison/mana/earth Gear

I wanna build up my Mage to be a Mana/Poison hybrid. So, uh...

Armory: it must be Lv.85+. I'll sort out a price based on how good the Poison/Mana stats are as well as the quality of the item overall.

Accessories: Well, as long as it has good poison and mana I would buy it for all levels.

Weapon: More strict requirements for this one. First of all, I want the wand to based off of the Earth element, so hard-hitting is what I want to go for. Also, and this is a must, I will only accept wands if they have Very Slow Attack Speed or Super Slow Attack Speed. The reason for this is to utilize the poison effect, which as a result gives me a higher technical attack speed whilst doing immense melee damage.

i have a question, if u are going for poison damage and want to get the most out of it by using a super slow or very slow weapon, why will u want mana regen? Anyways here is the stuff u might want:

For just spells in general. Mage's spells are pretty useful nonetheless, so I at least want a bit of a mana boost. :P
