I want a Mage Overgrown Build.

Informations/requirements:
I want a spell based build.
1 master voucher max.
At least 10k health.
Max -50 def in one element.
I prefer a build without negative walk speed but if u cant do that,no problem.

NO MASTER VOUCHER (ye ye, took me much time to work out a good build without one)
MORE THEN 10K HEALTH (12145, thats soooo much health)
