Buying Mage Looking For New Wand

Hello! So I've been leveling up a lot recently and my old stuff just doesn't work as well for the higher level mobs I'm fighting. I'm looking for a wand with at least 25 neutral damage, at least 10% XP bonus and at least 5% Loot bonus. Mana Regen would also be nice but I don't mind not having it. Please reply/dm with any deals or offers you are willing to make. Thanks! :D

I am currently level 35, but I am willing to level up a bit to use the wand. Please offer me weapons up to level 40.

 

Wiggling Villager is your best bet it is a level 31 unique wand with 5-50 neutral damage and 4% to 15% xp bonus and 6% to 25% loot bonus.

 

Thanks, do you know where I could obtain this wand? is it a quest item or is it available at a high level village?
