Mac N Cheese Man’s Homemade Hot Sauce

Good ol’ Frank’s just not cutting it for you? Need something that tastes a little less like it was made in a factory from engineered peppers? Don’t have any peppers yourself? Well, I have just the thing for you!

2 cups water
1 cup white vinegar
4 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tablespoon salt

1.) Mix all ingredients together, then thoroughly blend them.

2.) Simmer concoction on low heat for 10 minutes.

3.) Put it on whatever you want! (Perfect for Mac N Cheese.) I’ve put it in Mac N Cheese, sandwiches, tacos, and pasta so far.

(Do note, I’ve only made this once, and I don’t quite know what I’m doing in terms of hot sauce. Feel free to experiment with this recipe, and I will update this post when I make it again.)
