Mage/Dark Wizard Help Lvl 95 Spell Damage Mage Build

Hello! I am a lvl 95 mage, and my current build only does around 6k meteors :/ so does anyone have a suggestion for a high spell dmg lvl 95 mage build?

 

lvl up to 100 and then you can get a real build, until then you can use like morph set + third eye + nepta w6w6

 

Hmm ok, but my problem is that nepta is trash for me - whenever I try it I do like 2k meteors so could you suggest another wand?

 

It's not like a wand does less dmg because it doesn't like you.
Besides that on level96 morrowind is fine but you can also use peaceful rest

 

Lmao ok also I’m lvl 98 now and using cascade+KoH. Now I just need a better armor set and then I’ll get diamond hydro/fusion accessories. Ty for the help :)
