Mage/Dark Wizard Help Lvl 92-ish Build

New Player so I don't have a bunch of on-hand Dungeon Items, Like Corrupted Hashir's Bones or w/e, to easily be able to buy some of the more common items I've seen mentioned in builds. I do have about 30 LE I can burn, and a few fair items on hand like Memento's.

My only request is a solid 5-6 MR so I can keep a fair amount of mana up while spell spamming (I do understand Int breakpoints and Spell Rotations so 5/6 with 68 Int is usually enough to keep me from going OOM in my experience.)

I'm open to any build and willing to dump the $$ to get into a build that really ups my damage. ATM I just run 100 str, 68int, 20 odd dex, but I'm willing to respec for anything that seems like a good fit.

In Short: I prefer items I can buy from Market/Vendor, prefer not to need to run dungeons for items, as I only play this character with my group and we don't have a lot of time to spam run dungeons (We can't predict when dungeons bombs are gonna be going, so we just wing it as we can)

You could probably take Nepta Floodbringer and slap some raw spell and mana regen on it (hard to put together a build on mobile but someone after me definitely will). Memento will help there, and getting past Water Hive will help a lot (Whitecap Crown). Judas is out because dungeons. Lunar Spine is an option, although it may take some getting used to (you can actually use a lot of the same raw spell gear as with Nepta). I feel like there's another good want around those levels but for some reason I'm blanking... (Faustian Contract doesn't count).
