    I honestly have no idea What I'm doing but here are the basics of what i'm looking for:
    >I kinda what to be a water mage if that helps
    >I'm on a rather tight budget (9le) but I'm working on expanding it
    >High Mana Regen would be useful for what I'm looking for
    >And Mid damage would be good to work with
    >If you can find a wand with Mid Atk. Speed I'd be ok with that
