Shaman/Skyseer lvl 81 shaman acolyte build help

I tried to make a 81-level shaman build for acolyte, but honestly, I had no idea what I was doing. I tried to focus more on mana regen, water damage% (because of fluid healing), and heal effectiveness, but I don't even know if that's a thing. I would appreciate it if anyone could take a look and tell me if it's entirely trash or maybe share some suggestions. Thank you.
