Mage/Dark Wizard Lvl 78 Mage/darkwizard Build Help

This is my mage build atm. Was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers since my build atm feels a bit too squishy and overall just bad with damage. You could probs guess I'm new to wynncraft so any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Spectre
Millennium
Crystal
Sodeta boots

Current accessories:
photon
Yellow ornament
Twist Band
Generator amulet

No powders added

 

I have a build that (I think) is a bit better: Champion set/Detective's ring/Photon/Dragon's Eye/Royal Stormy/Stave of the legends, I have water 4's on my stave but not sure if you want the same.
