Assassin/Ninja Help lvl 65 assassin build

I just got one for my mage but I like to switch up stuff when I like
Any build just needs to be good and can possibly solo cow

 

this probably soloes cow, use some mana/hp pots

you can start using the exile at lvl65, and after cow use blue mask and dragons eye

This is a more glass-cannon build, but I was more than able to defeat COW with this build.
And if you've already turned in your Abysso Galoshes for the quest, you can buy "cursed jackboots" from the pirate cove armor merchant.
