    Best I could come up with for that level
    Min level is 66 however but you should get there quickly
    Powders on the weapon is assumed to be full t4
    https://wynndata.tk/s/jo3h8m at level 75 you can use this as a swap out for even better defense
    This build should be strong enough to solo temple of legends (cause the helm isn't super important) and is compatible with air powders for that reason.
