Mage/Dark Wizard Help lvl 105 arcanist build?

i haven't played since early august and my build has skillpoints messed up due to an update

i don't know enough about building to make a well-optimized fixed version of this build and i'm also in the mood to switch things up so i'm looking for a new build

i'm looking for arcanist builds which have >500hp healing, no mythics, no LI items and preferably >20k damage spammable meteors, any element combo is fine

edit: i've found a replacement for the build in blues builds by nouon which has almost the exact same items but it has a special id wand i've never used before so it's enough of a switch up for me

What do you mean by 500hp healing?
