Lv 80 maelstrom build??

Lv 80 archer here, I've been having a lot of problems with survivability and damage ever since I went to Cinfras, right now my build is xp% centered with maelstrom(t5) and I use boltslinger, however my high ping makes it hard to actually be good, so I was wondering what build and skill tree I should use if I wanted survivability without sacrificing damage (preferably a cheap build and doesn't switch out maelstrom, but I'm all open to suggestions!)
