Archer/Hunter Help Lv 80 Build

I would like help with creating a good lv80 build that isn't very expensive and preferably has decent walk speed(not necessary)

 

Don't need build at level 80 XP gear baby

 

Welp, this can work. Probably at a budget of like 3 stacks.

Here is what we have
9/4 mana regen Intel and dexterity build. Uses az mythic bow and does a TON of damage. It is a little fast. Use escape with this and you'll have decent speed. It is a little glass cannon tho :s but again loads of damage. The Leo would have helped to make it less glass cannon at lvl 93. If somebody can find good health legs or Chestplates without higher than 28 req in another element use that.
