Mage/Dark Wizard Lv 74 struggling with CoW and quests beyond it

Hey,

I am making this post because I want some advice on what improvements I can make to by build. I cannot beat CoW and I struggle to complete any of the quests that come after it alone. Besides me having a skill issue, I wanted to see if I should change anything about my build to make it more effective.

Gear:
Helmet - Purified Helmet of Legends
Chest - Millennium
Pants - Pacifist
Boots - Sodeta Boots (I have broken balance as well if those are useful)
Wand - Ohm's Wish

Stats:
STR - 0
DEX - 34
INT - 78
DEF - 0
AGL - 41

Also I am on the Arcanist Archetype route

haven't made one of these in a while but i think it should be enough?
CoW takes kb and arcanist's meteors should be enough to knock it back plus walkspeed

isn't purified helmet required or am I forgetting?

 

i think you can replace after entering with purified helm on, but i haven't done it for months so not too sure

can just swap in mask of enlightment or somehting anyays, also stave of legends is really op at level (sadly unlocked after temple of legends fro the boss altar inside :3)
