Luring transfer

    I can't find this anywhere, so I'll ask.
    What on earth does luring do when it's on an enemy?

    On a player, it draws agro to the player by applying lured.
    I've yet to observe it causing conflict between mobs, and wonder if there's any benefit to transferring the status beyond removing it from yourself (why would I want to?).
