    Where can you find the lowest leveled Tier 3 loot chest (or one that a level 8 player can access). It sould be nice to post a screenshot with the coords.

    There's one in the pigman ravones directly above the creeper cave, one in a cave across the path from the firepit in nivla woods, and two (one is tier IV) in the skeleton mine near the river by Elemental Exercise. You can also get the Tier III from Gundalf's Library really early if you're careful.
