Archer/Hunter Low mana cost spring?

So recently, I saw a guild member using a very cursed looking build to solo TNA. It was unbelievable how he was able to deal 20mil damage to the boss in mere minutes using this garbage looking build. So I decided to test it out.

And... wtf 3 mana cost storms? (wynnbuilder is glitched and doesnt show the correct mana cost)

So I decided to swap the olily for my spring, and now I have 2 mana storms :D

I wonder if there are any ways to improve the damage while keeping the mana cost low, or get me to 1 mana storms. Please help me in the comments.
