    Hey, use to play ages ago and i had a VIP+ rank, who can help me get that back, n what proof do i need for it?

    I think they mean they had a rank on an old account, you can’t “lose” your rank any other way.

    Anyway to get a rank transferred from another account, email [email protected] and explain the situation, include the igns and transaction id of the rank purchase (it should be in the inbox of the email you used to purchase the rank)
    The old account will be banned iirc but the new one will get the rank
