    I recently finished the Envoy Part II, but as I was in the last stage the server restarted, and I didn't get the rewards, such as the xp, emeralds, the boots and the fast travel to Kandon Beda. Is there any way to fix this?

    1) Wynncraft enforces no-refund policy, meaning you can't get it back
    2) Please create a bug report

    So you mean you literally can't use the fast travel? You could try the /fixquests command, but I'm not 100% sure that'll work since it's fast travel and not an item. The best thing you could probably do is try that, and submit a bug report so that if it doesn't work, it'll hopefully be fixed
