I was completing the Craftmas Chaos quest and somehow didn’t receive the quest item version of the corruption shard from old Tom. I went on to finish the quest and realized I didn’t have it. I have an extra one in my bank, but the issue is this class is on Ironman challenge so I can’t get to it.
    Thanks in advance

    Can you try /fixquests?

Since /fixquests checks if the item exists in your bank, which I have one in there, it doesn't give it to me.

Can you try getting it from Tom again?

I have tried to, even with the cloth(the item you exchange for the quest version of the shard) he won’t give it again. He uses the same dialogue and the quest book still says report back to Santa in the present.

Ok, in that case try the following:
    1. Find the quest item in your bank/other class inventories, using other classes.
    2. Delete the item by putting it in the crafting grid of your inventory, filling your inventory, and exiting it.
    3. Switch to this class and use /fixquests

It's a temporary hacky solution but it should work until we resolve the issue on our side.
