Lost Quest Items

So I started thinking I would go ahead and plan out doing the ??? quest and I looked at the requirements on a thread and one was the black spoon from memory paranoia. I started looking through all my classes and I could not find it at all... I tried /fixquest but each time it only gives me 2 purple crystal shards. I don't have a class high enough to do memory paranoia again... What should I do

 

You can go back into the mansion sequence by entering the inside of the mansion. From there it will restart the quest memory sequence and you can get to the part where you can "kill" the spoon. After you get it, use a teleport scroll, complete the memory, or just /kill.

 

I'm pretty sure the black spoon WASN'T something that was supposed to be kept, so you didn't mess up. You could always go back to the mansion and get the spoon again.

/fixquests only returns quest items that you need for the quest that you're currently doing. Or perhaps those needed for a future quest (sometimes not all).
