Serious Lost My Horse Due To Short Term Memory Loss..

So I had a tier2 horse, level 8 on an archer account I've just deleted because I didn't need it anymore. Now I forgot I had this horse in my inventory and I think I just lost my horse. Is there any way I can get this horse back or do I need to start level it up from scratch.. ?

Any staff members, please see if you can do anything for me to get my horse back or reply, at least.

1. No refund policy.
2. There's no proof.
3. It's still kind of your fault since you did it.
