Lost My Factory Helmet

    I need some help here. When i got to lvl 58, I went to Olux to do An iron heart part II. So when i checked my bank, i couldn't find the factory helmet, and it wasn't in my inventory. Yes, i already tried /fixquests, but it just gave me the purple crystal shard from Wynn B, not the helmet.

    Can i have another one?

    No, you'll have to start a new class and get another that way.

    Have you tried identifying all iron helmets in your bank?
    When I got mine after the Gameplay Update, it was unidentified.
