If you lose all of your Soul Points, you drop your items. This is a game mechanic. You can see how many Soul Points you have on the 9th slot of your hotbar. Dying, by any means, causes you to lose 2. They regenerate once per Minecraft day if you are online, and one per hour if you are offline, to a maximum of 10. However, gaining levels can increase the Soul Point cap, up to 15.

In addition, we have a very strict no-refund policy. Even if this were a glitch, we would not be able to help, though some kind players may buy you some new equipment if you ask.

Wynncraft employs a system where you have a Soul Point counter. You can find this counter in the right-most corner of the hotbar. Every 15 levels, you gain one extra maximum (up to 15). Every time you die, you lose two. Every time you use a teleport scroll, you lose 1. If you run out of Soul Points from dying (I don't believe you can use a teleport scroll if you're too low), you will drop all of your items and respawn with the starter weapon. You likely did not see the counter, and died with two or less Soul Points. While this might feel unfair, items are not refunded in this game, unless they are Quest Items, and as such, important to playing the game. But if you're new to the game, it shouldn't take that long to get your stuff back anyway.
