Lost Items For Temple Of Legends

I just got to combat level 68 and started the temple of legends quest. I had to do a lot of low level quests that i hadn't done. When I went to do the corrupted village quest I saw that I had already done it. i looked in my ender chest and was unable to find it. i cannot find it and am wondering how i can get the quest item that i need for temple of legends.(I am also unable to find the mummy's bandage)

 

Doing /fixquests usually resolves the problem
