Lost Items Due To Lag

    I was in a mini dungeon and lagged with 6 souls tried to disconnect, came back to being dead then went back multiple times over and over and kept lagging therefore I disconnecting then I lost my sword because I disconnected couldent get my sword back worth 230 em and about 40 blocks of emerald aswell all to lag. Any way I can these items back

    Im pretty sure it was server lag so I dont understand why they have a policy what logic is that

    Because you don't have concrete proof of the loss of items. If they did give items back like that, someone could just claim they lost a mythic that they didn't actually lose and they would get a free mythic.

    Because there's no way to check the truthfulness of people's claims. If they refunded based on "I lost this" claims, they would be flooded with "I lost <mythic> can I get it back" claims, with no way to prove if the person ever owned said item. Since they can't tell if a claim is true or not, they have a no-refunds policy.
