    This is a formal attempt to explain the situation with losing items.

    If you have lost any of the following by either glitch, death, or using your drop key:
    - Horse
    - Dagger
    - Wand
    - Spear
    - Bow
    - Helmet
    - Chestplate
    - Leggings
    - Boots
    - Ring
    - Bracelet
    - Necklace
    - Emeralds
    - Untradables
    - Misc. Items
    There is nothing which can be done about it. Wynncraft enforces a strict no-refund policy. What this means is that the above item(s) cannot be given back to you. This policy applies to all players, including staff and content team members.

    If you lost a purchased item (bought via store.wynncraft.com), you must send an email to [email protected] detailing what you lost, any evidence associated if you have it, and your in-game name.

    If you lost a quest item or items pertaining to a quest, but is not a quest reward, you can try:
    1. /fixquests
    2. Transferring a spare quest item from another class via your bank
    3. Leveling up another class, completing the same quest, and executing #2.

    If you lost a quest reward (this is different from not receiving the reward), then the no-refund policy applies.

    If you were not given your quest reward, please make a bug report.
