    Could someone send their best meta lootrun build for mage?

    preferably not mythic weapons

    While not meta, this is the Mage build I use. It's very APM intensive and has crazy burst potential in exchange for little to no health sustain, and you can swap Fatal for something like Judas or Yellow Rose:
