   Why after resting from the game I see caves with loot quality 33% and 66%, how to increase it? I thought the loot quality gets higher over time, but apparently it doesn't.

   It does, it's just every few days or so. Though, in a lootrun, whenever there's a spelunk challenge, if a cave is at 0% that cave automatically gets raised to 33%, iirc.
