Looting

So I'm trying to find a concentration ring, and I know its best to farm Loot Chests.
But concentration is level5, is it best to use a low level character or the chances are same using a class at level 60 or something?

 

A low level at a t4 are your best odds

 

You could find them in the Detlas Surburbs area or in the undead mining area where they at least contain 1 T3 chest.

 

So low level is helpful to increasing the odds? And if yes, how low should it be?

 

I would say use a low level yes

 

Btw, concentrations are lvl.8
