    I would prefer it not maxed and cheap.(less than or equal to 2 LE a peice.)

    Also not minimum, just somewhere in between.

    Notes: I am a level 80 archer with an air/thunder/water build. I have some in strength, but not much.

    Nice, I'm trying a water/thunder/air build. It's too many elements, but it gives me power.

    I have some armor I can give to you for making you wait on this, its probably worth a lot considering its lvl 80.

    Well I am lvl 94 32% walk speed aries 20% walk speed sagitarius 17%walk speed Boosterplate 25% walk speed Wind mimic ... only thing i need is better booster or a Royal Cyclone ...

    I got Wynn D and i bought a cyclone but before I did a walk speed build i traded the amulet because someone rly needed it .... and i don't know about what we are talking now .-. greaves 5 le . I am getting confused xD
