Archer/Hunter Help Looking To Replace My Bow Soon (lvl 79)

Not sure if this is the right spot, but my current bow (Infinity) is feeling a little weak right now. I'm trying to find something else to replace it with, not sure what.

Bob's Mythic Bow is a solid choice

 

Yeah, just go with bobs if you got it.

 

Hm, now I have to go do that quest... I'd been avoiding it :P

 

Maelstrom also works if you don't wanna do Reincarnation (and can be used against Bob).

 

If you're willing to you could also grind CDS for Corrupted Witherhead's bow otherwise like people said earlier maelstrom/bob's mythic are probs your best bets

 

This is what I'm currently going for - I'm at 5 runs so far since I had several keys floating around.

Maelstrom is strong enough to penetrate Bob's elemental defense?

 

Yeah it does I personally used it the second time I fought Bob as an archer (the first time I used a neutral bow because I thought that was the only way to deal dmg until I later realized penetration exists lel)

yes i am aware that the clockwork ring is level 80, but after all of those dungeon runs to get the muluk and grinding to get the items, i bet that he/she will already be 80+

 

I'm 82 at this point, after doing enough Corrupted Decrepit Sewer runs to get Corrupted Witherhead's Bow. Although, a piece of the Clock Set and 7 runs of Corrupted Lost Sanctuary would probably put me up a few levels...

 

You can still use a build imo up to like 5 levels lower than you before it becomes trash
