Shaman/Skyseer Looking For Main Attack And Spell Shaman Builds

I was wondering if anyone could help me get 2 builds for my shaman. I was looking for both a main attack build and also a Spell spam/high intelligence build. (Max Level)

I can't afford mythics/Crafteds and would like to try to avoid Negative health regen
