Mage/Dark Wizard Looking For Lvl. 105 Mage Build

Hey guys, I want a level 105 mage build (no mythics, please) I kept all my Qira Hive vouchers just in case there's a build with something from there, I haven't done Legendary Island yet, I'm not sure what I should use for that (maybe let me know about something for that too)

there arent many substitutes for dhydro in my build, but you can use royal stormy while you haven't done li yet
dual wields nepta for water dmg and koh for heals
