    hi im looking for rings bracelets or necklaces with dexterity on them also i am looking for that one helmet that has a lot of high skill point stats on it (forgot the name of it)

    Wynn excavation site D allows for the player to purchase a necklace with good dexterity stats, so do that quest. As for bracelets there is a good one in the Qira Hive dungeon.
