Warrior/Knight Looking for fast walkspeed on a warrior

I'm a Lvl 77 Warrior looking for some speedy gear that's fairly cheap. If possible I want to be able to still have good HP and DP in this build

 

I've no idea how acceptable this is at-level but it looks fine to me

Skien's Set + Blood Moon (insane health and melee dmg) + Momentum when you level up + Renda for QOL + Vital for sustain although the rings don't particularly matter because you dont have powder slots on Skien's Madness so you might as well use pots.
