Mage/Dark Wizard Help Looking For Build To Solo Li, Please

Yeah so I'm really shitty at making builds, got no clue what even the first rule of it is, and LI is really the only thing I haven't done yet (and Wybel). So I would like to request somebody's help for a mage build that I can do that with, please.

Restrictions:
1.) I'm poor as hell, so no mythics
2.) Wybel items are fine, I just have to find another set to beat Wybel
3.) No LI items (obviously), as I haven't beaten it yet
4.) That's it, unless you pull some left field stuff that wasn't on my radar (which shouldn't happen)

Oh, and in case you're wondering what play style/element/weapon I prefer, I don't care, I just want whatever works the best.

Everything else is on the table.

@Mac N Cheese Man you could probably use a variant of my build using judas, the only downside is that hitting people with melee is... not optimal, shall we say. (Add thunder mana regen support please). As long as you don't ever, ever try to melee, you should be good.

If you want more damage you can replace Vacancy with The Crossing.

You'll need defense because if it's your first time you don't wanna get one shot by matrojan idol and cybel charging across the arena
