Assassin/Ninja Looking For Assassin Build Level 100

I'm looking for a good spell build for assassin high DPS/can tank well, or high regen either works, my current spell build includes a lot of mana but no mana regen, and having considered I have to attack constantly, it's simply not enough mana, I barely do damage, and cant tank too well so I'd love to get help on a new build, as soon as possible, please.

One last note I need to be able to do stuff solo and in groups.

 

Any restriction like *no mythic or crafteds*?

If yes this is a build someone else send to me, it has a little lower damage than others but it's tankier. It's also budget friendly
