Archer/Hunter Help Looking For Archer Build 5stx Budget

Finally have some money and looking to get a decent archer build. Reqs:
no crafteds that I have to repair.
Mythics fine, but remeber the budget.
I have tomes, (rn have 1 cosmic, 1 guild one dex and intell and 1 strengh or 1 intell one)
Good ehp(Preferably around 70k+ but if you have less please suggust Im open to everything)
Damage decent, with good mana substain(regen not steal preferably)
Also woul prefer some substain but not needed
