Mage/Dark Wizard Looking for an endgame arcanist build

Can someone recommend me a build using Morrowind or any other wands for endgame? Mana regen isn't too needed since i already have a godly lspine

Archetype: Arcanist
No LI, no mythics, no tomes

Btw, is it possible for Time Rift used along with Lachesism at the same time? If yes, please try and do that

 

I think I prefer Contrast but AIL maxes Seance soo
