Mage/Dark Wizard Help Looking For An Earth/water Mage Build

Currently, my main mage is water-air, but if I make a second one I kinda want to try building earth-water. Any suggestions? Please no builds that use mythics or rely on the attack speed bug.

 

Mine is earth/water although you use 2 mythics so rip XD Gaia/Lament also I use tier attack but you can use chaos or something like that instead. Look for it on the class builds section

 

Level ? Budget ? I will start working once I know

 

well I mean for armor you could technically start off with the Earth/Water set, but it's only uniques so it may not necessarily do as well.
Helmet is Azurite
Chestplate is Aquamarine
Leggings are Turquoise
Boots are Sapphire

 

This is really only theoretical atm, I can buy most legendaries but no mythics, at least currently.
