Warrior/Knight Help Looking for a warrior build

I don't die often but I feel like I have no health and do no damage.
I have a 70% Alkatraz to use and a 69.3% Rhythm of the Seasons for off-hand healing.

I like having the movement but if I have to sacrifice it for something more useful then so be it.
I also dislike Flying Kick and couldn't get the hang of Aerodynamics, so if they can be avoided if you think I need an updated skill tree...
