This one, I like it more, it has 17k upper and can 1,1 spell cycle. Although it only has 6 mana regen but it can support 6 cps. It’s also pretty tanky, the only flaw is that it has fast attack speed (can have slow but the first one is guaranteed super slow) which means that curse will charge up much slower and required more hits.
Edit: I just realized the first link and the second one are the same lol now it’s fixed.

I agree that the negative hpr- on my build is pretty annoying but we have the same mana sustain and we both can’t use RoTS so I don’t get why.

 

He didn't criticize your build, he was merely offering one that exchanges damage for more HP sustain. A response to weeb's build rather than yours, I think (similar items).

His build has Super Slow attack speed (with the proper Tenuto rolls) and Life Steal.

He doesn't need RoTS, because he integrated Infernal Impulse in his build.

 

Oh I see, maybe a mage doesn’t know how to play warrior lol

 

i meant hp sustain, mana wise our builds are good
also those crafteds are really good and the dmg is awesome, but for some people (including me) having to repair is too annoying to use them

maybe if you have a mage or a shaman playing with you, hp sustain is not necessary (also hp pots are a thing, especially with the new stacking system)
but taking me as an example, who has been a solo player for a very long time, i always try to make my builds as complete as possible so i dont depend on other people or sp/hp pots
